Registration Information

The online registration has been closed.

You are invited to register on-site during the conference.

 

The Local Organising Committee thanks all participants who have already registered.

 

There will be no admittance to the Conference without having paid the entire fee. If you have paid by bank transfer, please make sure that the Conference Secretariat has received your payment or send a written proof of payment from your bank.

 

Participation fees

Except for the Accompanying Programme, a fee of CHF 50.00 will be added for on-site registrations.

 

NOTE: A minimum, one author of a paper should register for the ICPMG2010 conference.

 

The registration fee includes:

Full Participant Fee Printed proceedings, CD, Ice-Breaker, Swasian Sunset, Gala Dinner, Lunch and coffee service, Delegate bag, Bus/Tram tickets.

Student Fee CD, Ice-Breaker, Swasian Sunset, Lunch and coffee service, Delegate bag, Bus/Tram tickets.

Technicians’ Programme CD, Local trips, Ice-Breaker, Swasian Sunset, Lunch and coffee service, Delegate bag, Bus/Tram tickets.

(Technicians: non academics, who are involved in the technical part of centrifuge modeling, i.e. running the machine, preparing models, designing data acquisitions etc.)

Accompanying Programme Ice-Breaker, Swasian Sunset, Gala Dinner, Bus/Tram tickets, Delegate bag.

 

Payment

Payment for registration must be made in advance in Swiss Francs.

Please note that the registration fee does not include hotel accommodation.

 

Cancellation Policy

All cancellations must be made in writing to the ICPMG2010 Conference Secretariat. A fee of CHF 150.00 (full fee), or CHF 100.00 (for students/technicians’/accompanying programme) will be retained following cancellation of the registration, which is possible until two weeks before the start of the conference. There will be no refund for cancellations made after 13^th June 2010.

(You may send us the registration form, along with proof of your payment by bank or post wire transfer. All bank or post transaction fees have to be paid by the participant. Please send the full amount due.)
